V35DA precision piston valve is designed to apply uniform point and stripe media to thick fluids such as grease and silicone resin. It is suitable for medium and high viscosity fluids such as grease, silica gel and grease. It is suitable for accurate piston valve coating, stable dispensing without leakage, thorough scraping, and UHMW diaphragm and sealing head have anti-wear and high life performance against high abrasive fluids such as hard flux, It also has a back suction function to prevent dripping. How the valve operates:
The input air pressure forces the sealing head to move downward, allowing fluid flow（ Figure 1)
Once the cycle is complete, the spring will retract the piston, the sealing head will close to cut off the fluid, and a small amount of fluid will be pulled back to remove it
