The V91 spray valve is designed for uniform coating of medium and low viscosity fluids in low volume low pressure air without causing excessive spray or atomization. By selecting the most suitable nozzle, the spraying quality can be perfectly controlled.

It is most suitable for surface precision spraying of anti moisture agent and lubricant;
Low pressure spraying layer can achieve high transfer efficiency;
Use micro pressure air and spray accurately and evenly without splashing;
Through the combined adjustment of liquid agent flow, atomization air pressure and atomization air stop time
The spray valve can be adjusted simply to achieve precision spraying.
How the valve operates:
The input air pressure retracts the needle from the nozzle seat, allowing the fluid to flow. At the same time, the nozzle air flows around the nozzle and atomizes the fluid into fine droplets.
(Fig. 1) once the cycle is completed, the spring returns the piston needle to its position to cut off the fluid（ Figure 2)
