V70 precision film spraying valve is used to apply various patterns of moisture-proof material coatings on PCB with low flow rate. With conformal coating valve and precision square nozzle, it has no splash, stable coating track, rapid reaction and clean glue breaking. It can effectively realize multi-point and multi area local coating. High speed and stable three proofing agent coating, no splash, stable coating track, rapid reaction, clean glue breaking, high-speed coating, multi-point and multi area.

How does the valve operate
The input air pressure retracts the piston needle from the nozzle seat, allowing the fluid to flow（ Figure 1)
Once the cycle is complete, the piston spring returns the piston needle to its position to cut off the fluid（ Figure 2).

How does the valve operate
