In fact, too small needle tube will also endanger the exhaust bubble position when the oil circuit distributor is gradually applied. This kind of problem can be solved by replacing a large needle tube. The back pressure caused by conical side needle tube is at least, and the liquid fluidity is the most smooth.
In case of inconsistency, it is generally caused by the instability of the working pressure cylinder storing liquid or the working pressure of gas. The working pressure transformer at the air inlet shall be set at 10-15psi lower than the minimum working pressure in the plant. The working pressure applied by the working pressure cylinder shall be at the working pressure above the middle of the transformer, and the applied working pressure shall be prevented from being at the low working pressure part of the barometer. The operating pressure of oil circuit Distributor shall be at least above 60psi to ensure stable glue delivery. Finally, check the glue out time. If it is lower than 15 / 1000 seconds, the glue out will be unstable. The dispensing time will become more and more stable.
⑧ The quick drying adhesive is blocked on the connector of oil circuit distributor and its pipeline
In fact, generally speaking, the key to this kind of situation is that there is too much moisture in the body or the quick drying glue that has been reused for many times. It should be ensured to apply fresh quick drying glue, and then completely clean the aceton toluene with moisture in the body at the end of the pipeline, The applied gas shall be clearly dry, and the filter device shall be refitted between the air compressor and oil circuit distributor system in the plant (N2 shall be applied if the above method still fails).
