TS-5000 series screw valve is suitable for double compound and UV resistant fluid. The screw valve uses the rotating feed screw to dispense glue through the activity of positive displacement, which can realize ultra-precision control of the dispensing process. The unique design ensures that there is always dispensing material at the screw inlet, and the controlled rotation of the screw can move the material from the feed port to the output port. The forward and reverse rotation control functions of the screw control the output of materials. The hinged door of the DMP valve can be easily opened to facilitate the removal, disposal and replacement of the disposable feed path in a few seconds while the pipeline is still running. There is no need to clean or refurbish the valve.
DMP is an ideal valve for applications where valve disassembly is inconvenient and expensive. Since the disposable material path can be disassembled and replaced, the valve can maintain its accuracy for a longer time. The service life of the valve is greatly increased because the fluid accumulation is reduced, thereby reducing the wear of the motor.
The feed screw of ts5000 series valves is available in three pitch types: 6, 8 and 16 pitches - all DMP inserts can be provided with fixed or rotating end collars and color coded.

Typical application
It is suitable for granular fluids such as solder paste, silver paste, red glue and other easily worn wetted parts, chip adhesive, surface mount adhesive, chip packaging, dam enclosure, two-component epoxy resin and UV glue, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and time for production.
An optional encoder motor is provided to meet the closed-loop feedback requirements.
